Masaya Gourmet — six small-batch Filipino sauces, photographed in the kitchen

Masaya Gourmet — sister brand of Casa Manila

Filipino sauces,
made the way Lola
makes them.

Six small-batch sauces — adobo, sisig, kare-kare, kaldereta-afritada, inihaw, lechon — bottled in Canada from the recipes Casa Manila has cooked on the Danforth since 2010. Vegan. No MSG. No preservatives.

01 — The line

Six sauces. One kitchen.

Each jar is the Casa Manila recipe, simmered slowly and bottled in small batches. Use them as a marinade, a finishing sauce, a stew base. Twelve months in the pantry, refrigerate after opening.

02 — The kitchen

The recipes that built Casa Manila.

Since 2010, Casa Manila has fed the Danforth from a small kitchen on the corner. The sauces in these jars are the same ones simmering in the restaurant pots — bottled at the same small scale, with the same ingredients you'd find in Mila's pantry.

We never use MSG. We never use preservatives. We make less so we can make better. Twelve months on the shelf, weeks in the fridge, a few weeknights in the pan with whatever protein you've got.
